Your Opportunity

As a team member of the Southern Service Desk this role represents the -face of IT- focused on providing the highest level of customer servicesing innovative solutions, the role is required to ensure that we service our customers as quickly ficiently as possiblep>

Essential to the role is your fascination ve of technology ur desire to try new things esho w they workou understat it is important not only to help fix equipment, but to build positive customer relationships with appropriate technical advice mely repairsp>

This role is required to provide efficient, effective mely delivery of local IT support Servicesnsuring all customer requests for service, including incidents quests, are resolved/delivered/managed in accordance with agreed service levels to minimise the impact of service disruptions to Confidential, whilst ensuring that national processes ocedures are adhered top>

Your main responsibilities include:

Efficient fective delivery of remote IT support in accordance to SLA-s
Identify cally escalate support requests that are symptomatic of an unresolved underlying problem in IT equipment or servicesr>Minimise customer impact by providing workarounds where possibler>Maintain an accurate record of progress against requests for service using the -ServiceNow-r>Participating in local/national projects as assignedr>Support for the National Confidential Office IT usersr>Mentor velop other members of the Technical Services team across multiple technology streamsr>
