About Us Smartways was established in 2004 as a specialist provider of logistics services to the medical and healthcare industries. We pride ourselves in the quality of our infrastructure, technology, vehicles, network and people to deliver a high level of service to our diverse client base. We are currently looking for a qualified Client Service Manager for a full-time position. Tasks Include:
- • Implement cross-training programs to ensure that customer service team members are versatile and can handle various aspects of logistics inquiries.
- • Ensure that customer service operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction based on feedback.
- • Managing, motivating, and developing staff providing customer services.
- • Collaborate with the operations team to forecast and plan for peak periods or increased demand.
- • Provide insights from customer interactions to support sales strategies.
- • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of customer service operations.
