About the Role

Role Location:
Melbourne- 75 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne

Role Type:
Permanent, Full time

This role requires solid knowledge of payment systems, processes, products ovides subject matter expert support to staff on shore in the Service Centresp>

The role is expected to take a leadership approach to the running of the Team insuring Incident Confidential, ATOM input, Training requirements gulatory requirements are being metp>

Responsibilities of the Team Leader include:

Managing daily volumes, work allocation
Proactive Confidential of performance ng-termof direct reports
Maintaining a sound training strategy for each staff member, centred on process knowledge curate mely payment processing
Providing SME advice to the broader business in support of strategic projects, initiatives w business
Consistently looking for ways to improve customer nker experience including proactively identifying gaps in the process acing internal controls to mitigate any operational risk
Assisting the Team Manager to achieve their responsibilities
Managing calations, informing Confidential of concerns sues as en they arise
Managing Core Incidents from Root cause identification through to completion of remediation activities
Take charge of customer escalations -ordinate actions during technical incidents, minimising customer impact
Demonstrating an expert level of knowledge in the Payments lpe
Demonstrating an expert level of knowledge of Confidential's Payments systems
Demonstrating an expert level of knowledge of Payments sts such as SWIFT formatting nancial Crime Sts

About You

To grow successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Knowledge of the International Payment lpe is necessary
Proven ability to effectively plan ordinate incoming work br>Demonstrated problem solving ability together with good written al communication skills
Demonstrated ability to make correct decisions under pressure
Possess a Service-based mindset with strong customer focus
Detail oriented with a concern for quality
