As a T&C Talent & Culture Consultant within the Working Well Tribe, you will support multiple stakeholders by providing trusted specialist ER Employee Relations amp;S Health fety advice relating to policy, process, staff issues, nsequence Confidential whilst ensuring business focused, values onsistent across all Confidential geographiesthis role, you will also support team members on ER & H&S matters within the FR First Responders, the Working Well Tribe, amp;C Talent & Culture more broadly will also contribute to the roll out of global T&C initiatives rking Well Epics as neededgt;
Your key accountabilities will include

Providing proactive ecialist advice idance within areas of responsibility
Ensuring the correct application of policies ocesses globally
Building intaining effective relationships with service users akeholders
Effectively triage nage day to day queries via emails, call other channels as decided by the business
Ensuring that service level agreements, call effectiveness, her business parameters are met
Providing clear, trusted, und advice to service users on First Responder cases ojects as well as ER HSW matters
Being a trusted consultant ways the first point of for all T&C Working Well matters
Providing sound advice which appropriately considers commercial implications for the business
Displaying best FR case Confidential ployment of HSW products
Exercising proper judgement king sound mely decisions based on careful consideration of a range of factors, including all aspects of risk turn
Identifying dressing areas for improvement in ER lent & Culture function
Providing coaching, advice, pport for less experienced team members
Providing coaching, advice, pport to uplift manager capability for managing employees
Provide proactive advice pport for employees>
Proactively calling out business cultures s people that are not aligned with Confidential values &E

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following

Experience in generalist HR skills around policies, processes, basic ER methodologies, actical H&S knowledge
Demonstrated skilled communicator to inform fluence to achieve the right outcomes with all internal stakeholders
Solution focused trusted consultant to explore sound commercial outcomes
Demonstrated a curiosity to know the business to find ways to make things simpler duce risk
Growth mindset to remain up to date on policies, process, dustrial instruments across all Confidential geographies en to consider the culture of the end user in its application
Team centric mindset llaborative approach to our ways of working
