Your Impact

As a Social Inclusion Coordinator in QLD you will report directly to the Social Inclusion Manager, QLD ll be responsible for theplementation of social inclusion strategies for Confidential Centres in Queenslhis role you will work with the Social Inclusion Manager, State Leadership Teams odstart Centres, to ensure Goodstart includes pports children milies experiencing vulnerabilityhis role can operate as one full time position will also consider applications for two part time rolesp>

Key responsibilities include:

Develop plement targeted strategies that build staff capability to enable Goodstart to improve inclusion cess of children experiencing vulnerability eir families
Provide training, coaching ntoring to Centre Directors, Educators her Goodstart staff on inclusive practices
Contribute to partnerships with other not for profit organisations vernment departments to maximise the impact of social inclusion strategies within local communities
Contribute to the improvement of organisational systems, policies actices to build an inclusive Confidential

You-ll help achieve this by having:

A Bachelor-s degree in early childhood education a health or social care related discipline
Experience in leading naging change within an early childhood or health or social care environment at a state level drawing on systems thinking
Strong project Confidential rategic skills
Comprehensive knowledge of community vernment networks sources with proven skills in utilising these to develop services ograms
Demonstrated ability to influence others
