is searching for two experienced site supervisors for AM & PM shifts to start at a highly reputable company on the South Side of Brisbane, immediately. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the best in the industry.

About the role
You will have a can do attitude and manage the day to day operations of the site to ensure correct processes and procedures are in place to allow the team to work autonomously and safely.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to
Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures & operations
Organise driver upskilling and training with driver trainers and safety team
Manage driver reporting injuries, hazards, conflict and customer issues and meet customer expecations
Manage employee wages and povide reports to senior leadership team
Build strong and positive relationships with customers and service providers, ensuring proactive and accurate communication
Implement and maintain relevant and measurable KPI's in line with objectives
To be successful for this role, you will have
Excellent commercial, P&L managment, interpersonal and communication skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications & experience is highly regarded
Proven planning, problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through issues
Extremely strong safetly & compliance focus
Computer literacly skills is a must
Excellent understanding of the transport industry
