About The Role

Role Location:

As a Service & Enablement Lead you will provide operational support to a broad range on stakeholders across the Institutional business unit with a specific focus on investigating & resolving complex customer/internal relating to Transaction Banking product/processesp>

In addition, the role will also be responsible for ensuring business processes completed by team are being undertaken accurately fectively, providing coaching & training to team members sisting with the identification plementation of process/risk improvement initiativesp>Managing complex calations from line manager, team members ternal stakeholders across the Institutional business account/relationship managers, product owners, technology partners etc in a timely stomer centric mannerbr>Assisting in the maintenance dating of key procedure documents
Actively contribute rticipate in initiatives ocess enhancements aimed at preventing/reducing incidents & losses proving efficiency
Assisting with/undertaking key fulfilment activities when required
Assist in the root cause analysis of incidents ampion solutions to add benefit to the customer e bankbr>Reviewing & analysing data/internal payments to proactively identify & prevent potential revenue leakage or erroneous fee chargingbr>Monitoring, investigating lidating transactions passed through designated internal office accounts

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Strong knowledge/underst of Transaction Banking products stitutional systems
Intermediate skills in MS Excel VLookup, Pivot Tables etc
Strong communication skills written & verbal
Sound stakeholder Confidential skills
Adaptable exible to deal with uncertainty biguity
Ability to use initiative, work autonomously nage time & priorities
Ability to analyse vestigate problems velop a solution
Proven experience in developing, building intaining effective customer akeholder relationships

The -good to have- knowledge, skill perience KSE the role requires are:

Demonstrated ability to identify plement process improvement opportunities
Strong analytical skills
Advanced skills in MS Excel Complex Formulas, Pivot Tables, Data Cleansing & Visualisation, Power Query etc
Experience developing & coaching Frontline team membersr>
