You will play a key role in helping define nage the change program associated with the 12-18 integrated program as well as establishing naging the ongoing change adoption to ensure Confidential is adopting the new ways of workings an experienced, strategically minded change leader you will inspire, lead nage the change mmunication approach for the program, leveraging your strong interpersonal fluencing skills to help build trusted relationships with cross functional project teams, Procurement, Talent lture y business stakeholdersp>

Your key accountabilities in this role will include:

Developing the integrated change Confidential mmunication plan which will govern the program which encompasses operating model ocess, third party risk, technology, data telligencebr>Design cilitate change impact assessment at program level pport work stream level as required
Define change narrative based on high level change impact assessments relevant to major stakeholder groups lp prepare communication content, QA workstream specific content
Define behaviour lture required to underpin new ways of working pport leadership to develop culture change plan
Providing subject matter expertise on change mms approaches to help shape the change Confidential approach
Working collaboratively with Group Procurement Leadership rkstream leads to ensure change mmunications are well governed nagedbr>Building relevant relationships within T&C, Internal Comms teams to ensure Procurement communication content, messaging, annels are in line with internal sts
Establish Exit Criteria ange Health Check requirements to be utilized by each workstream
Develop training approach aining plans cilitate resources/T&C support
Establishing the approach lping Procurement or Business Leadership manage the adoption bedment of changeshis includes managing the change health-check program to ensure full adoption rking with leadership on key areas of riskr>

Substantive experience in change Confidential ange Confidential techniques, experience with designing naging integrated change plans with global footprint eferably within the Procurement domainbr>Demonstrated ability to manage change ange adoption from improvement related programsbr>Highly effective communicator able to develop communication content, mpelling messaging that resonates for fit for purpose to diverse audience groupsbr>A proven track record in program Confidential, creating high performing teams who have delivered strong results veloped a culture of collaborationbr>Creditability as leader for effectively influencing rking with a diverse range of internal stakeholders to ensure collaboration, gain buy-in move barriersr>
