You will assist the TalentLead to implementinitiatives across the Funds involves consulting with the business to effectively identify needs ovide advice pport to people leaders lleagues on best that reflects a 70
10philosophy will also be responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation including facilitation aluation of learning programsse can be delivered face to face, virtual or blendedre will also be the opportunity to develop plement online learning modulesgt;
You will build velop effective relationships with all levels of the Fund including key stakeholders, people leaders, subject matter experts lleagues will ensure learning needs are accurately identified commendations are appropriate to the learning needs using effectiveprinciples will develop detailed communication ange Confidential plans to support high impact learning utionsgt;
You-ll need

Highly-developed written al communication/ interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives sues to senior Confidential
Extensive experience in developing cilitating high quality learning activities, such as workshops, both face to face rtualgt;An engaging, energetic nfident facilitation style
Proven skills in instructional design for blended ce to face delivery
Experience in working under pressure, setting naging conflicting priorities eting specified timeframes
Detailed underst of adult learning structional design theories to support the embedding of learning
