SALES NTAL CO-ORDINATOR

The Role:

Due to growth, the opportunity for a passionate ganised sales co-ordinator has become available to join their team in Huntingwoodeporting to the Commercial Manager, this role will be pivotal in supporting the sales team by managing the daily sales contract process ily business administration as required for all new ed sales, leases, ort-term rentalshe main duties sponsibilities include:

Confidential -ordination of the administration system nual recording required for all rentals, invoicing, appropriations, credits, reporting for sales executives nfidential in line with Company policies
Facilitate transparency on order status, escalating to branch Confidential as required
Actively participate in the regular contract oduction meetings
Coordinate consignment units' receipt nfidential internal purposes alers ock receipts against orders as required
Confidential of forklift stock listing locate resources accordingly
Liaise with accounts department to set up new accounts, payments sisting with invoice queries sputes, processing of invoices
Coordinate Confidential all rental operations for the branch nsignment units as required
Assist with stock take where required
Maintain adequate filing of all paperwork
as per company policy requirements idelines
Act as backup / support to WA Sales Coordinator counterparts as well as provide support to Commercial Manager anch Confidential team as required
General office duties
