In this role you will be a part of a team leading ecuting a large program of change for Project Augur -with a strong focus on the regulatory change, introduced recently by ASICou will bring to the role experience in initiative delivery, change Confidential, outst stakeholder engagement, cellent communication skillsou will be passionate about our customer experience, supporting our bankers st of all, delivering on change initiatives gulatory complianceour specific focus will be on delivering the changes required by ASIC-s Regulatory Guide RG271:
Internal Dispute Resolutiono achieve this you will work closely with colleagues whom have made extensive progress within Project Augur in preparing for ASIC-s requirements, whilst helping solve remaining elementshis role will leverage Augur-s program with a specific focus on ensuring delivery of RG271, including the schedule, risks, issues fectiveness testingp>

Demonstrated experience in delivering initiatives, collaborating across businesses tting things done
Experience in creating change, including planning, implementation, embedding across various business areas
Outst skills in stakeholder Confidential rking together to deliver cross business initiatives
Extensive conceptual skills pabilities to simplify early articulate solutions to resolve complex business issues
Focused on building veloping relationships with colleagues aders from across the business
Demonstrated ability, commitment ntribution to building best practices within the business that put the customer at the centre
Well-developed communication skills with the ability to persuade, influence ild rapport with others

What you-ll bring to the role:

10+ years- business initiative delivery, change Confidential related technical experience
Existing functional experience or expertise in one or more of the following disciplines:
regulatory change; change Confidential plementation, Business/Program Implementation;
Outst communication terpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes at senior levels of the business;
Can appreciate difficult problems, is self-motivated to work autonomously on tasks with high complexity, work collaboratively as part of a team early represent consolidated findings;
Broad knowledge of Confidential, with preference for experience in customer-facing business sk, assurance, project or legal fields
