Key responsibilities

Lead the implementation bilisation of services in the PCS service cataloguehere unique services are required that is not part of the catalogue, evaluate lution new processes, en industrialise bmit into future iterations of the cataloguer> Catalogue of services include Opportunity Mgt & Pricing Support, Contract Mobilisation, Resource Confidential, MME Setup & Forecasting, Time & Expense Tracking & Reconciliation, Billing & Invoicing, nancial Tracking & Reportingr> Manage team capacity ex team size based on service requirements of the portfolio rtfolio pipeliner> Collaborate closely with different commercial functions such as HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Contract Mgt, Legal P teams to facilitate smooth business operations to achieve business priorities, campaigns itiatives plannedr> Develop prove stized operation processes, drive, plement continuous improvement timization program for operational processes, managing critical program dependenciesr> Lead/support continuous improvement efforts for processes, tools, metrics, ainings based on ongoing experience, process metrics edback from stakeholdersr> Use, develop ersee implementation for best practices/assets of our global Confidential in accordance with global directions les; develop operational excellence initiatives to improve performance
