The HR/Payroll Project Systems Manager leads a team that is responsible for system deliverables of HR/Payroll projects nor enhancements as well as support ongoing testing/maintenance activities of SAAS HR/Payroll applications within Downerp>

The Payroll Project Manager is a member of the Global Solution Advisory Leadership Team, which is a part of the Business Services Centre, reporting under the CFO function here at Downer Groupp>THE ROLE
Leading the change intenance of HR/Payroll systems to the highest str>Managing change with a balanced but low risk approach, in line with the criticality of the applicationsny risks arising from system or project constraints are escalated appropriatelyr>Developing solutions to ensure cost me constraints are managed in the planning phase roughout the project lifecycler>Responsible for delivering compliant system configuration to ensure our employees are paid accuratelyr>Work closely with key business stakeholders to understrrent ture requirements to support planning source Confidentialr>Develop pport processes, under the Downer St Frameworkr>Collaborate with stakeholders including BSC Teams, HR Teams, Group Functions erational Teams to deliver quality solutions with a continuous improvement mindsetr>Underste HR Confidential, time capture, award interpretation yroll systems across Downer tively work with IT, HR yroll to manage related risks suesr>Mentor team members to develop technical, functional siness process skillsr>Manage external vendors signed resources to support a flex resource modelr>
Degree in Finance or Human Resource Discipliner>Proven experience

working with SAP or Oracle Payroll Projects a MUST
Proven experience in leading payroll teams in a large corporate environment while supporting multiple solutionsr>Sound knowledge perience in the Confidential of payroll functionsr>Extensive experience in IR principles, award interpretation lated system configurationsr>Sound knowledge perience in theof business processes to support employee life cycle from a system perspectiver>Proven experience in working in HR/Payroll projects, with tight deadlinesr>Experience in working with IT technical teams in offshore shore modelr>Strong stakeholder Confidential skills with the ability to build relationships nage stakeholders at all levels of the Downer Groupr>Strong resource Confidential heduling abilityr>Ability to identify nage risks, with ability to understpacts ovide mitigation strategiesr>
