The Company

Our client is looking for a Consultant to train their Clients in bespoke Payroll processes to ensure that they are set up for successour typical week will see you visiting several clients across Perth to provide the best training out there!

The Role

Your Duties sponsibilities will include:

TrainingProvide comprehensive client specific training to new isting customersManage all in-house tsourcing project training according to project plansCreate new training manuals date existing where necessaryImplementationSet up / Creation of payroll databases for new clientsCleansing dataPayroll parallel running an area where improvement ficiency is to be identifiedEstablish procedures, processes mplates in line with existing payroll practicesansition to "live" payroll processing with 1 payrun processed while ensuring accuracyficiency at all timesrocessing KPI - payroll to be 1 versionccessful hr aining to Payroll team or clientPI - minimal queries fromPayroll team or client once hovernsultingMaintain the Consulting queue within SLA'sUnderstquirements of Clients tsourcing Team to meet their business needs ovide guidance on best practicesProvide courteous ofessional support to the high sts of the
companyEnsure all tasks are internally reviewed prior to communicating completion with Clients or Outsourcing TeamYou be required to help with Payroll implementations y other related tasksr>Your Skills & ExperienceYou will be a competent, confident tient TrainerYou do not need to have extensive Payroll knowledge as this can be taught but if you do then definitely consider this role!You will be have a logical mindset to deliver training in line with processYou will possess an exceptional attention to detail curacy throughout your workYou will have the ability to multi-task -ordinate competing prioritiesYou will have worked in in a high pressure environment with strict deadlinesYou are someone who has a willingness sire to learn
