Our client is looking for a Payroll Officer to work at a high st processing Payroll for multiple clientsour typical week will see you managing multiple priorities adlines working within a team to reach overall goals/p>

The Role

Your Duties sponsibilities will include:

Payroll Processing:
Processing of client payrolls end to end with diligence livery within scheduled deadlinesResponsible for accurate inputting of payroll information with minimal e rror rateInvestigation of client payroll ployee queries in a timely manner with attention to detailReconciliations dit of clients data at their request with written approvalEnsure billing is captured accurately with every payroll processed for each clientLiaise mmunicate to clients by phone or n a professional courteous mannerTo learn specific client requirements come familiar with charge rates for each clientCommunicate charges to client before commencing additional workEnsure that clients payroll terms nditions are relevant, up-to-date used at all timesCompliance with company procedures, such as completion of checklists rbal procedures advised by ManagementComplete Payroll Tax Reconciliations dgements for applicable Clients, including
review of applicable Pay Items - All States requiredProvide Assistance aining to Payroll OfficersAdhoc Tasks:
Assist with payroll checking, identifying mmunicating errors in a constructive deliveryAssist the Team with the delivery of other payrolls as requiredAssist the Team with legislative mpliance requirementsProvide guidance vice where requiredEnsure compliance with Data Protection regulationsEnsure strict compliance with regulatory deadlinesOther tasks as required

You will be a competent, confident, oficient Payroll OfficerYou will have worked with Superannuation, Payroll Tax YGYou will possess an exceptional attention to detail curacy throughout your workYou will have the ability to multi-task -ordinate competing prioritiesYou will have worked in in a high pressure environment with strict deadlines IsYou are someone who has a willingness sire to learn
