About the Role

Our Theatre Department is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide patients a high st of dedicated ecialised carehis is a perfect opportunity for an experienced nurse to step up ild your clinical leadership skillsetp>

This direct leadership role will see you leading pporting our front-line team members porting to the Nurse Unit Managerou will be joining a team of passionate professionals driven to provide safe, holistic nursing care to each individual patient to achieve optimal patient outcomesp>

This role will involve, but is not limited to:

Acting as a professional resource monstrating broad knowledge in all facets of caring for patients to ensure the highest levels of nursing carer>Supervising pporting all staff within the unit
Participate in Quality improvement Programs in line with organisational partmental strategic plansr>

About You

To be successful in this role you will be a positive fective team player who brings excellent clinical terpersonal skillsour day to day operations will include problem solving, fostering a positive pportive culture oviding dedicated ecialised advice to team membersossessing excellent time Confidential ll-developed clinical problem-solving skills will be key to your success in this role/p>

You will also demonstrate:

Current registration with AHPRA
Minimum two 2 years? post graduate experience as a Registered Nurse working in PACU is essential
Proven ability to work effectively in a health-care team, sitively influence the performance of other staff

This position requires someone with flexibility e ability work in a fast-paced environment/p>


On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from; $47 - $50 + superannuation based on experience level alifications, exclusive of penalties or allowancesLD /Midwife Level 2 [FTE $94 $
