As a Manager for Retail Decision System, you will be working in a high performing team developing plementing solutions around data sk decision systems while ensuring the Risk decision systems are operationalou will also have oversight of strategy testing by the Retail Risk businessart of your responsibility is to engage with Technology in the deployment of Risk strategy changes work with project teams outside of Risk wanting to use Risk infrastructureou are also expected to have the ability to be ahead of the curve siness case future technological requirements from hard technology such as systems to soft technology such as data warehouse enhancementsp>

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Educated to degree level in a numerate or commercial discipline
Effective people oject Confidential skills - with the ability to motivate ide members of a squad
Expertise user in at least 2 risk decision systems
Proven ability to be able to make Business rule rategy changes
A successful track record in Consumer Risk Confidential-5 years + experience in risk sk Confidential systemshis includes experience in a number of components of the credit life cycle, in at least 1 or more product areas at least 2 functional areas
Strong P&L focus, with the ability to think operationally plement projects providing a P&L impact
Underst of scorecard/modelher assessment systems
Ability to understd align priorities to Value metrics of the services eir Operational impacts
Ability to maintain high sts of accuracy rk under pressure to achieve deadlines
Good commercial business acumen
Well-developed written al skills
Strong analytic atistical skills, experience in business use of statistics a pre-requisiteood working knowledge of the following:
PowerCurve Originations, PowerCurve Strategy Manager, SQL ta warehouse systems
Strong communication skills, both written rbal, with strong capabilities to articulate complex analytical informationtrong facilitation gotiation skills
