The Financial Crime Risk FCR division reports to the Chief Risk Officer pports Macquarie businesses, driving a high nsistent level of compliance nancial crime risk Confidential, consistent with applicable national ternational best practices cquarie-s core principlesCR is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable anti-money laundering AML, counter terrorist financing CTF, anti-bribery & corruption AB&C onomic sanctions requirements in all jurisdictions in which Macquarie operatesp>

We are seeking a Manager to be based in Confidential cused on assisting to enhance, implement intain Macquarie-s Global FCR Program Material which includes, among other things, global policies, methodologies, sts itten guidanceroviding support vice to the FCR advisory teams her internal stakeholders on Global FCR Program Material will be a key responsibility, as will drafting supporting material to accompany that advicep>

You will play a role in actively engaging in regulatory change in Australia her key jurisdictions in which Macquarie operates, sure Macquarie is well placed to respond to changes in regulations wshis include representing Macquarie at relevant industry forums within Australiap>

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent written rbal communication skills, strong analytical skills, experience working at or with a large international financial institution deally, project Confidential experience involving various stakeholders across multiple jurisdictionsou will have a strong interest in AML/CTF, AB&C onomic sanctions legislation gulation in Australia, as well as underst areness of international best practice related to financial crime risk managementour collaboration fluencing skills will be used to drive team outcomes intain high stakeholder engagementp>
