As our new Manager Group Risk & Assurance, you will provide the leadership, oversight, tools, systems ocesses necessary to enable business owners rst line colleagues to constructively manage the risks in their businesses. You will lead a small group of specialists in the delivery of integrated assurance ality risk Confidential services to the Confidential.

Key areas of responsibility

second line advisory services to our corporate centre n-Confidential regulated businesses
leadership of our Confidential-s risk Confidential information system capability turity
delivery of the Confidential-s agreed group risk assurance program
constructive working relationships with business owners, the risk mpliance community, r Group strategy function

Additionally, this leadership role will also support the enablement ecution of the divisional strategy visional strategic objectives to deliver collaboration in executing the strategy, reporting on execution, sist withordination of Board, Committee nfidential Reporting.

Key responsibilities include

Influence, engage with, advocate to, coach, pport 1st line-of-defence Confidential in applying effective risk practice nerating appropriate risk behaviours by establishing effective working relationships with designated risk officers nagers at all levels.
Advise senior executives signated risk officers on opportunities, issues sights regarding risk behaviours, decision-making actices.
Work collaboratively with first- ird-line leadership to deliver Confidential-s integrated assurance plan rectly lead the agreed second line assurance of group risks across the Confidential.
Support the conduct of financial performance pital adequacy modelling, stress testing alysis.
Lead theintenance of Confidential-s risk Confidential system capability velop evidence-based insights for business decision making sk Confidential.
Lead theof the Confidential-s resiliency programs including business continuity Confidential her risk mitigation strategies key to organisational resiliency.
Provide assurance to the boards, committees nior executives that the interests of the membership are being appropriately considered in risk decision making, reporting nitoring across the Group.

Key skills & experience

7-10 + years agile commercial experience supporting Risk maturity uplift.
Expertise in theof risk Confidential framework in collaboration with Board nfidential
Strong stakeholder collaboration skills preciation of user-based design principles
Critical thinking phisticated written al literacy
Strong working knowledge of insurance nking operations gulatory environments
Demonstrated leadership capability
Ability to adapt strategy to changing external ternal drivers fluence stakeholders.
Ability to act unsupervised to achieve communicated objectives.
Courage to speak-up regardless of position when things are wrong.

Desirable skills & experience

Strong working experience in insurance, banking or adjacent financial services sector
Experience working in risk, audit or governance roles, preferably within banking / insurance sector
Data analysis sights capability titude
Financial pital analysis, planning ress testing capability
Continuous improvement coaching, facilitation vocacy
Formal project Confidential capabilities
Strategy Confidential or consulting experience
