Your new role
This role is fundamental to the continued success of the Fund as the Financial Accountability Regime FAR becomes mry for Superannuation Trusteesou will assist the senior manger in theplementation of a project plan source map to implement FAR regime across the entire Fund t a keen underst ofsho w the whole Fund operateshis role will involve a lot of stakeholder engagement including interacting with Group Executives, the Senior Leadership Team gulators as requiredou will also be required to participate in related governance activities including reviews of Board nfidential Committee charters ard nfidential delegationsr>
Other key duties include but are not limited to;

Drafting of Accountability Statements for each Senior Leader nfidential-s Accountability Map ensuring they align with existing governance structures rumsr>Developing training ucation materials to ensure the requirements plications are well understoodr>Assisting in project Confidential activities including administration of Project Steering Committee rking Group materialsr>Maintaining FAR artefacts once it is implementedr>Assisting in the design plementation of an assurance program to ensure ongoing compliance with Regimer>Implementation of FAR breach reporting processr>

What you-ll need

Tertiary qualification in the field of Law, Business / Commerce or Accountingr>8+ years Confidential experience in risk, compliance governance related rolesr>Prior experience or exposure to ADI implementation of BEAR regime or similarr>Good knowledge of superannuation lated laws / regulations, derst of risk Confidential issues as they affect superannuation fundsr>
