In this role you will bring your 1:
1 data sight driven marketing experience ills to help lead the program of acquisition, engagement tentionou will be comfortable in end to end design leveraging a wide insight base including both first party ternal partner data to deliver personalised outcomes for customers/p>

This role will also require your expertise in developing:

Test arns strategies ecution plans
Comfort with guiding propensity models for targeting nversion
Crafting of distinctive communications for a wide range of channels
Requirements for any offer or proposition fulfilment
Establishment of strong measurement porting

To be successful in this role you need to be customer focussed, be able to pivot, prioritise nd deadlines in sometime ambiguous/ad hoc circumstancesp>

Tertiary/post graduate marketing qualifications
10 + years- experience as a direct ta driven marketer who has designed ecuted programs for customer acquisition, customer engagement stomer retention, preferably in financial services or services industriesbr>
Commercially savvy with strong results focus - you know the business & customer performance drivers rive to improve themou continually sets challenging goals entifies opportunities for improvements in outcomes,
Strong stakeholder Confidential fluencing skills
Proficient in sourcing alysing information, across market intelligence, customer intelligence rtfolio economics to synthesise e for customer propositions
Familiarity with customer channels oficiency in journey mapping includingsho w customers interact priorietary ird party channels to enquire, apply servicedbr>Agile experience desirable, but not mrybr>
