Your Community Health is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Dietitian to join the Dietetics, Diabetes Education and Community Nursing Team, Allied Health Program, in this part time position.p>

About the role

Reporting to Dietetics, Diabetes Education and Community Nursing Coordinator, the position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a strong, supportive team environment in a diverse dietetics role to promote nutrition and health outcomes to our clients and community.p>

Your passion and commitment will see you

Provide nutrition and dietetics services on-site or outreach to individual clients, their carers and priority community groups/populations, that are safe and high quality
Provide evidence-based services through person-centred and as part of a multidisciplinary team approach
Support initiatives to create supportive environments and increase our community's capacity to enhance their health and wellbeing.r>Deliver dietetic services in line with YCH allied health service processes and within a social model of health

To succeed in this role you will have

Relevant qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics and meet eligibility for DA APD status

At least 3 years' experience in developing and delivering high quality dietetics services across a range of clinical areas including disability and older adults, and across different funding streams including NDIS
Demonstrated experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
High level written and oral communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a range of service providers
Experience in a Community Health setting would be desirable
