The Role

Your initial responsibilities will include creating, building, and developing corporate procedures around existing policies and handling the businesses performance reviews.

Following on from the strong frameworks you have created, you will have the opportunity to:

Provide support and advice to the business on all aspects of performance management, end to end recruitment, employee engagement, grievances and disputes and organizational development.Provide monthly analysis and reporting on market trends, case management and
compliance to the directorsManagement of all HR/IR issues and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile

This is a true hands-on position, you will have the ability to connect with key stakeholders throughout the business, as well being able to relate to a diverse workplace.

5 + years' strong HR Generalist/Advisor level experienceStrong people skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levelsLead by example with all that you do Passionate about people and delivering positive HR outcomesHigh level of confidentiality as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines
