JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in busy bistro/restaurant environment as a Head Chef or similar role.

Excellent team leadership skills.

Great Communication skills

Experience with cooking European or western food.

The ability to work under pressure.

Trade qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Managing and leading the kitchen team.

Developing, supervising, and mentoring staff.

Ordering, stock control and stocktake.

Menu design and costing, ensuring menu items
are high quality, interesting and contemporary.

Budgets including food and wage costs.
