The Training Manager leads a team that is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, implementation, delivery aluation of training associated for Downer?s global solutionsp>

Role is a member of the Global Solution Advisory Leadership Team, which is part of the Business Services Centre, reporting under the CFO functionp>THE ROLE
Manage all business requests for training solutions associated with Downer global solutionsbr>Work closely with key business stakeholders to understrrent ture requirements to support planning source Confidentialr>Collaborate with stakeholders including BSC Teams, HR Teams, Group Functions erational Teams to deliver quality solutionsr>Mentor team members to develop technical, facilitation stomer engagement skillsr>Research, analyse ovide recommendations for continuous improvement of the training courses, resource/support tools, assessment materials siness system related processesr>Provide adult learning principles structional design support, advice idance on emerging instructional design strategies itiatives to the team, thus enabling theof innovative training programs st practice competency-based assessment methodsr>Develop pport training sts ocesses, under the Downer St Frameworkr>
Degree in education, communications or training related discipliner>Diploma of Training Design Certificate IV in Training sessmentr>TAEDEL501A Facilitate e-learning EDES503A Design velop e-learning resources Preferred
Strong proven experience managing stakeholders
Experience in leading application training teams in a large corporate environment while supporting multiple

solutionsr>Proven knowledge of adult learning structional design principles, w these principles interact with current education/training delivery mpetency-based assessment mediumsr>Demonstrated research skills to locate, evaluate ovide recommendations on available training content livery packages in all areas of training sessment materials e instructor-led, eLearning, etcr>Extensive experience in designing livering enterprise Finance HR systems trainingr>Demonstrated ability using rapid authoring software for online learning instructional designr>Extensive experience in delivery of face to face training, including the use of technology such as MS Teams for virtual engagement
