Confidential is actively seeking an experienced Case Assessment Manager to lead the Case Assessment division of a well-established large-scale advice remediation projectp>

This position is a 12-month contract based in the Melbourne CBDlexible working arrangements availablep>

Your Opportunity

Reporting into the Client Operations Lead, you will be responsible for all aspects of Case Assessment for the portfolio of Adviser books allocated/p>

You will:

Lead, motivate rformance manage Team Leaders within your portfolio pport them to drive high performance of the Case Assessors
Oversee the Confidential of the case manager remediation process tcomes, ensuring client methodologies idelines are adhered to early documented
Set ive performance against KPIs for Case Assessors
Be the escalation point for clients ternal stakeholders on incidents cision making
Initiate omote improvements to processes chniques to achieve higher levels of efficiency fectiveness maximise productivity gains
Resource Confidential including managing staff turnover rate
Oversee the recruitment nfidential of new Case Assessors
Collaborate with other Senior Leaders to foster an inclusive gh performing culture

, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

Previous experience in an operations Confidential role within financial services, preferably remediation
Extensive experience managing teams of > 60 FTE
Preferred background in Financial services industry, with exposure to remediation, complaint hg, claims processing nduct risk reviews in Australia
Strong communication, presentation lationship Confidential skills
Strong analytical oblem-solving skills e ability to use information to creative solutions to benefit the businessr>Budgeting, forecasting anning experience in an operational environment
Awareness of the relevant legislation, procedures ocesses
Strong report writing esentation skills
Strong focus on results-led Confidential
Contributes ives continuous process improvement
