We are seeking a high calibre leader who has deep expertise in the Power ilities sector to help build out our growing businesss a seasoned Confidential consultant this role includes combining industry knowledge sights with experience across strategy, operations siness transformation to help our clients address business challenges et their strategic imperativese are looking for an individual that is passionate about the sector, has a track record in delivering upon client outcomes, o demonstrates strong leadership to support the growth agenda of our business/p>

As a Director in our Confidential or Melbourne team you will contribute to the execution of the Power ilities strategy, sales, ad the delivery of work to clients across a varied portfolio of service linesp>

Your Opportunity

Working as an integral part of our Enterprise Advisory Confidential Consulting team in Confidential or Melbourne this role will include:

Supporting theecution of the Power ilities strategy;
A focus on business development, from lead generation through to account Confidential;
Creating intaining strong relationships with clients during st engagements ilding strong professional networks;
Leading client engagements, supported by day-to-day managers, acting as a key contact lationship owner with senior stakeholders;
Expert consulting skills from strategy definition to business transformation comprehensive underst ofsho w technology can support this work;
Developing compelling, differentiated novative value propositions, services lutions;
Working in collaboration with the rest of Confidential to leverage the breadth of the firm-s expertise novation;
Exploring alysing market dustry trends pansion opportunities, viable business partnerships, new products siness improvement opportunities;
Bringing passion ep industry expertise that positions you as being an inspirational role model ader within the Enterprise Confidential Consulting team;
Growing veloping a high performing team, as well as transferring knowledge ills to broader staff;

Previous experience working for a tier-1 Confidential Consulting business;
Your own network in the mid-market business owners, Board members suite, ideally in the Power ilities sector, or demonstration of ability to build a solid network in a short period of time;
Significant experience in leading strategy formulation, business planning, value creation siness transformation engagements;
Deep underst ofsho w to:
Develop business strategies using best practice frameworks;
Research market dustry data, with a second to none ability to be a data driven thinker, comfortable with analysing large volumes of qualitative antitative data formation to inform business strategies;
Design business models erating models using best practice frameworks;
Shape strategy execution ansformation roadmaps that go beyond paper;
Embed technology into strategyerating model design;
Build a business case for strategic investments;
Executive storyboarding, negotiating with owners suit facilitating complex workshops;
Structured problem solving with capability to canvas the path to a solution, coaching the Confidential ient stakeholders throughout the process;
Excellent communication skills, verbal itten;
Commercially minded with a passion to provide advice to your customers with honesty tegrity;
Highly developed interpersonal tworking skills ceptional stakeholder Confidential;
