The Director Employee Experience will help grow our EX solutions business focusing on delivering a range of solution to clients that drive culture, behavior change eate powerful employee experiencesesponsibilities include leading or supporting sales ient delivery, growing solution chnology areas in Australia with a team of passionate colleagues ading IC gital tools/p>

You will have demonstrated an ability to build deep, enduring relationships, design ticulate compelling EX ange strategies, chitect specific solutions that draw on deep expertise your own hersou are comfortable working with a suite of strategic advisory gital solutionsart strategist, part technologist, part sales leader, part solution architect rt team orchestrator, this role is focused on opportunities to elevate Ex t those ideas into actionp>

The Role:

Employee Insights including a range of leading survey solutions, digital focus groups, assessment her employee listening solutionsbr>Change Strategy- including Change Confidential e designing culture change programs, HR strategy including Employee Value Proposition / Employment Brulture alignmentbr>Behaviour Change - Advisory ntent services including communication support, Implementation of behaviour change solutions related to EX program changes e Total Rewards, Benefits, Careers, Wellbeingbr>Digital Technology - a focus on our proprietary her EX technologiesbr>Market- Close collaboration with local leaders to define ape go-to-market plans iorities, including market mpetitor analysis, client targeting, account planning les executionbr>Capability Developmentdentifying, upskilling ntoring colleagues whom are bringing our solutions to market in order to support clients rket growthr>

The Requirements:

Proven business development, sales ient Confidential skillsbr>A strong underst perience of the Australian EX market
Content expertise in one or more of our EX solution areas
Strong drive tivation to achieve results, deliver commercial targets ild market sharebr>A thought leader with outst written al communication skillsbr>Ability to influence senior Confidential, boards rk across all levels of an organisationbr>Demonstrating a collaborative business style to introduce new value added services internally clientsbr>Demonstrates commitment to quality ntinuous improvementbr>Ability to solve difficult problems in a complex environmentbr>Ability to travel rk extended hours as neededr>
