Your new role
You will be a -Trusted Advisor- providing proactive advice pport to directors, committee members, executives nior Confidential on secretariat issues entifying key risks that emerge in the Confidential of the Company Secretariat functioneporting into the Principal, Company Secretariat, you will assist in the centralisation of our secretariat function lp drive consistency ficiency across the Board s Committeesou will oversee the preparation of papers, minutes, matters arising endas for Board Committees to ensure all key activities are completed during the year at each Committee complies with its Terms of Referencer>
Some other key duties include:

Assisting with planning training ortunities for directors mmittee members
Assisting with the appointment of directors mmittee members e maintenance of company registers lings
Ensuring each Board Committee has an agreed workplan
Reviewing compliance annually with Terms of Reference for Board Committeesr>

What you-ll need

Bachelor-s degree Law preferred
Formal training in Corporate Law Governance is highly desiredr>Experience in financial services owledge of the superannuation industry is advantageousr>Highly developed ability to understd challenge existing models to identify ways to drive efficiencyr>Ideally have previous experience in supporting a board in company secretary/governance functionr>Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives sues to the Board, its Committees, executive nior managementr>Possess the ability to coordinate tasks t prioritiesr>
