An exciting opportunity exists at a busy Lidcombe dealership for a Guest Experience Consultant. 
 
The role of a Guest Experience Consultant involves being the first point of contact for our customers. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual who has experience working in a high volume call centre, within the automotive industry. Your day will include directing incoming calls to the appropriate department and employee, assist customers with booking in vehicle maintenance and repairs, contact customers to schedule these also and make follow up calls with dealership customers.
 
Due to the high number of inbound and outbound calls each day, experience in a similar role in the automotive industry is essential. 
 
This position is based in Lidcombe and offers both full time or part time hours.
Full time hours are Monday
to Friday and rostered Saturdays. Part time hours will be 3 days per week with rostered Saturdays as required. 
 
Experience & Requirement:
