The Role

Not only will you be the face of the company, the first impression guests get when they walk through the door, you will also be accountable for the following:

First contact for all guests who arrive for meetingsTaking suring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a
timely basisReceiving in mail ganizing couriers outFull diary Confidential of the meeting roomsPreparing refreshments for guestsAssistance with ad hoc office responsibilitiesHg queries mplaints via phone, nd general correspondence

As well as demonstrating the above experience, your soft skills will include:
