About The Role

Role Location:
Australia, Location Flexible with expectation people can attend a metro hub at least 2 days a week

These roles have traditionally been office-basedsho wever we will be offering an opportunity for these roles to be trialled to work predominantly from home, with -hubs- being set up for occasional visits by team members for training am connectionoles intended to be performed predominantly from home will require reliable internet connectivity suitable private environment so that customer care nfidentiality can be maintained/p>

As a Complaints Coach, your role supports theof team members across all portfolios within the dispute resolution part of the complaint resolution functionou are responsible for consistent fective upskilling both technical havioural of the dispute resolution teamsou will create intain relevant training modules like Confidential training, role specific training as well as Confidential portfolio specific training as en relevant/p>

About You

To grow successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Underst of dispute resolution principles; customer advocacy gulatory compliance, as well as knowledge of AFCA processes quirements ternative dispute resolution principles
Relevant experience in coaching ntoring staff
Good communication, stakeholder Confidential fluencing skills, supported with a data-driven alytical mindset
Strong strategic thinking, analytical oblem solving skills as well as the ability to identify, monitor nage risks, issues pendencies; agreeing appropriate responses
