This Australian owned and operated family run business is headquartered here in Melbourne. They represent big names in major retailers and are on the hunt for a customer service focused Client Services Officer to be the touch point of for their most important customers.

The Role
The Client Services Officer is the main contact for both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for the data entry of sales, liaising with customers, courier companies, sales reps, and the warehousing team to ensure all customer needs are met:

Day to day responsibilities will include:

Process purchase orders and enter daily ordersProvide exceptional customer serviceRespond to enquiries via phone, emailManage warranty
claims and replacements, return authorisations and creditsFollow up ETA's, order tracking numbersCommunicate with team members, keeping them informed of any updates, concerns or issues

Your Profile
To be the lucky candidate, you will have the following:

Demonstrate a high level of customer serviceSavvy with systems; the ability to learn new tasks quicklyExcellent time management skillsStrong communication service skills - both written and verbalAbility to be flexible and adaptable to changeUnderstanding of processing sales orders and warranty claims
