Client Consultants effectively manage ow a portfolio of clients ensuring that their Health & Benefit H&B needs are identified the main objectives of the position is to consult on group insurance, medical insurance domestic ecialty risk llness H&B solutions along with delivering on remarketing tender of programs ovision of consulting updates insurer, legislative, best market practice naging policy renewal reconciliation/p>

Whilst this role is ideally full-time sed in either our Melbourne or Confidential office, we are happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which are actively promoted by Willis Towers Watsonp>


The Role:

Confidential of a portfolio of clients, evidenced by the retention of clients as per agreed measureshis will include the Confidential/coordination of a particular complex global account across multiple jurisdictions
Portfolio Confidential of the H&B insurance policy/program
Negotiate terms nditions with H&B providers on behalf of your clients that meet their requirementsbr>Placement/establishment of the policy/program including underwriting Confidential if applicable to the class of insurance
Respond to client solution of issues complaints promptly fectively in a timely manner
Conduct education sessions for employees ployers on H&B insurance policy/programs
Provide input to new business opportunities
Work with the nominated opportunity/tender team ovide input as per agreed tender timelines
Revenue optimization oss selling
Undertake continued professional training to maintain up-to-date
knowledge of superannuation lated issues sure compliance with the provisions of
Maintain knowledge of legislative changes within the industry
Maintain knowledge of market players pacity
Share ideas owledge within the team
Oversee less experienced colleagues within the team, continually supporting their development

The Requirements:

Industry related qualifications relevant business degree are desirable
Compliance with ASIC
Ability to manager key relationships at HR Director/CFO level
Broad underst of employee benefit offerings
Sound oral itten communication skills both on individual all group basis
Proficient in Microsoft Office siness applications
Broad underst of business, legal, economic nancial services environment
Proven relationship Confidential
Knowledge of employment agreements good underst of H&B lated products
Prior experience in the H&B market
