We're seeking a Transformation Change Manager to join our internal transformation team consisting of Transformation Specialists, Business Analysts, L&D, Communications ange professionalshe team is tasked to manage liver key transformational programs across Confidential Australiaith the market constantly changing sruption becoming the new norm, our clients face the same challenges we do, pressure to reduce operating costs, create capacity so their people can do more nstantly evolve to ensure value is deliveredhe Transformation & Global Leverage TAGL team has been established to drive this internallyp>

Your Opportunity

As a Transformation Change Manager you-ll work with extraordinary people who are passionate urageous about supporting the business to meet ceed for our clientsou will

Underst alysing change impacts anslatingsho w technical impacts will flow through to an audience
Developing change Confidential strategies ans including benefits realisation, communications, stakeholder engagement, training ansition plans
Designing implementing communication, learning &rformance support solutions
Facilitating workshops livering briefing sessions to small rge audiences
Working closely with stakeholders to ensure the change program is pragmatic siness-led
Maintain current knowledge of the Confidential-s strategic business plans ssible impacts on program / project plans jectivesbr>Ensure that business expectations are managed within the scope of the project / program

The ability to scope an activities, identify gaps, risks sues tigate them to ensure objectives will be met
Strong written skills across comms her materials for online channels portal, news articles, internal social media, etcr>Excellent stakeholder Confidential skills with a solid record of achievement in building sustainable business partnerships with senior stakeholdersr>Collaboration, integrity, cus to quickly establish an underst of stakeholder needs
