The Company:

This business has proudly celebrated consistent project wins allowing for them to add additional head count to support the business. With this is mind, they seek an Administrator who will support a wide range of functions from workshop administration, fleet management, maintenance scheduling and general administrative duties. You will be part of a functional, and supportive team environment. This role is for an immediate start, on a temporary to permanent basis.

The Role:

Setting up fleet and equipment in ERPScheduling maintenance of fleet or equipment as directed from workshopArranging flights and accommodation for staff visiting siteScheduling training for workshop staff and updating training matrixes Liaise with suppliers and investigate the incoming queriesReceiving incoming goods and entering goods receiptsGeneral ad hoc administrative duties within the team

Your Skills &

Experience:

Similar experience from a logistics, fleet, maintenance or hire background will be highly desirableIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Remarkable attention to detail.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening).Strong experience in an ERP such as SAP, Pronto, Oracle.Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.Ability to easily learn new systems.
