We currently have Team Manager opportunities within the Customer Complaints Resolution portfolio focusing on our customers, our people ntinuous improvements role will be responsible for leading teams of Complaint Case Managers within Confidential-s newly formed Customer Resolution portfolio, CRgt;

Confidential aspires to have an outst reputation with customers, regulators budsmena champion for fair treatment for customers, these roles will directly manage teams that are responsible for quality outcomes for complaints escalated via internal channels, AFCA, OAIC her industry bodies terest groupsgt;

These roles will report to nior Managers across Complaint Resolution Teamsse operational leadership roles will help ensure Confidential-s dispute resolution uplift objectives going continuous improvement are achieved in spirit, on time thin budgetcessful ctes are likely to be allocated to a specific teams aligned with skills, experience owledgegt;
