Talent Connectors connect our employees to projects.he primary focus of the position is balancing and finding the right assignment to support individual skills, career development, and preferences, while ensuring all client demand is met and business metrics goals are met.ou will proactively identify possible assignments for people, and follow open demands to help find suitable candidates, working with minimal guidance and looking for innovative solutions.r>Main responsibilities

Search assignments for available candidates based on skills and preferences.r>Connect with project executives to understand their needs for profiles and project times to advise their decisions on potential candidates.r>Work with HR Partners to better understand the skills, aspirations and availability of our people.r>Keep updated and work on open demands in the system to connect our people with open roles.r>Guarantee high quality and precision in the data of the demands and assignments.r>Confirm the completion dates of assignments with project executives.r>Propose cross-border assignments when necessary to meet demand on time with the best available candidates.r>

Requirements

Previous experience in planning, HR management, business administration
Excel
Intermediate / Advanced level
English
Intermediate level
Communication skills, relationship management and customer service
Ability to understand and balance the impact of planning decisions on all business outcomes overdue demand, productivity, labor cost, employee engagement, etc.r>Ability to understand and appreciate the perspective of a project on open demands, and to be able to communicate the status, challenges, necessary action / supports of the project, etc.o meet the demand.r>Ability to maintain trust under pressure and collaborate with project teams to address and solve problems.r>Understanding of the financial implications of the workforce, level, , use of contractors, etc.s they meet the demand.r>High analytical capacity
Learning ability to use reporting tools and perform analysis
