About The Role

The Tribe Coach will partner with the Tribe Lead chnology Area Lead to embed a culture of learning, empowerment, rapid experimentation, adaptability llaborationp>

In this role you'll be a promoter bassador of the new culture y of working ach the Tribe to create customer focussed, high performing squads delivering true business valuep>

This role will also coach the Tribe Leadership team on their impact, effectiveness w Ways of Leading, help to ensure NWOW practices, methodology pability are embedded e Tribe is performing effectivelyp>

Mentor, coach velop delivery expertise in the Tribe from leadership to squads that leads to early customer value delivery, omoting continuous exploration, learning novationp>

About You

To grow successful in this role you will ideally bring the following:

Certifications if required
Demonstrated continuous learning an agile practitioner coachbr>
Essential skills
Strong experience in coaching veloping high performing delivery teams >+ people gained from current evious agile coaching engagementsbr>Strong practical underst of different agile frameworks acticesbr>Experience in product Confidential, design thinking, Lean Dbr>Working knowledge of technical engineering best practices, e, test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps, etcbr>
Relevant Experiences
Passionately developed high performing teams with demonstrable examples
Influenced at senior levels in the Confidential to develop new ways of working/operating strategies
Demonstrated experience at driving Agile transformations from design to implementation
Engaging the hearts nds of individuals to embrace pact changebr>Identified systemic issues, created strategies to address them n demonstrate the benefits it brought to teams

Soft Skills
Hn experience in mentorship:
team, function or a groupbr>Comfortable to work with uncertainty anging constraintsbr>Strong collaborative problem solver
Strong verbal itten communication skills to present complex ideas effectivelybr>A continuous learner

Educational Background if required
Tertiary qualified, preferably with a Business or Technology qualification
