About The Role

The Triage Specialist uses complaints that come to them from various sources other than phone to facilitate a complainant-s access to appropriate level of resolution as well as prioritisations the role holder, you will assess needs, offers Confidential-s complaints options, as well as refers complaints to the right team based on complexity as well as subject matter/p>

This position promotes informed categorisation of complaints to help provide the complaint with the greatest level of care pabilityhis also includes monitoring trends in complaints to match availability from the right teams; Perform ongoing assessments of current practices; study the various sources of complaints to optimise all complaints channels; work with pport Team Leaders to identify training needs amongst staff based on underst of the type of complaints emergingp>

About You

To grow successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Relevant underst of dispute resolution principles
Excellent verbal itten communication skills
Ability to make knowledgeable complaint hg judgments
Ability to work in a changing/dynamic work environment
Ability to work within approved procedures idelines
Ability to work in a self-directed environment with minimal supervision
Excellent time Confidential ility to effectively prioritise competing urgent matters
Experience identifying actual ssible trends from data
Ability to recommend changes to process based on observations alysis
