About the Role
Role Location:
Melbourne- 75 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne
Role Type:
Permanent, Full time or Part time

The purpose of this role is to assist Confidential in becoming the fastest fest mover of funds both domestically oballyhis role ensures that Confidential customers spanning across all segments are provided with a quality, consistent ficient payment experience, even when manual intervention is requiredp>

The role is responsible for managing a team of Payment Specialists who are tasked with the successful mely processing of Inward tward Domestic, Real-time, cross-border earing services Payments that require manual hg/p>

Responsibilities of the Team Leader include:

Proactive Confidential of performance ng-termof 8-10 direct reports
Maintaining a sound training strategy for each staff member, centred on process knowledge curate mely payment processing
Managing daily volumes rk allocation
Providing operational advice to the broader business in support of strategic projects, initiatives w business
Consistently looking for ways to improve customer nker experience including proactively identifying opportunities in the process acing internal controls to mitigate any operational risk
Managing calations, informing Confidential of concerns sues as en they arise
Managing Core Incidents from Root cause identification through to completion of remediation activities
Take charge of customer escalations -ordinate actions during technical incidents, minimising customer impact
Demonstrating a solid level of knowledge of the International Payments lpe
Demonstrating a solid level of knowledge of Payments sts such as SWIFT formatting nancial Crime Sts

The Team Leader role requires a Growth rvice-based mindset in order to deliver great customer outcomes whilst also maintaining risk discipline centred around Confidential dustry Regulations s/p>

About You

To grow successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Min years experience in a role within the Payments value chain preferably in the Banking Industrybr>Min 2 years experience in a people leader role, responsible for the performance more than 4 direct reports
Proven ability to effectively plan ordinate incoming work br>Demonstrated ability to make decisions under pressure nage conflicting priorities
Possess a Service-based mindset with strong customer focus
Detail oriented with a concern for quality
