Design programs across the MU to help our people build and sustain behaviours, anchored to Performance Achievement, to ensuring that our people feel safe, seen, connected and courageous.eliver a change program that supports a culture transformation of open and continuous feedback, support and renewed focus on people development.his role requires a combination of strategic thinking, paired with operational excellence.r>Key responsibilities

Collaborate with the MU HR organisation to deliver MU processes relating to talent discussions, talent decisions, promotions, feedback and priorities
Build and deploy programs that support our people in their careers and their experience at work.hese include enablement focused on development of People Leads incl assignment of Career Counsellors, Talent Leads
Ensuring ANZ is compliant with global PA requirements
Drive change through influencing global performance culture teams, and advising on ANZ context/priorities
Engage with the HR Strategic Projects team to deliver on initiatives
Effectively manage ad-hoc initiatives relating to the PA cycle, driven by global or market

Essential Skills
To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate

Ability to develop and drive change management plans for projects and initiatives
Strong collaboration with multiple teams and senior stakeholders
Ability to influence at the local and global level
Strong stakeholder management skills ? particularly with senior leaders
Very strong organisational skills, Word, PPT and Excel
Strong People Developer who leads with trust and compassion
