About The Role

As the Talent & Culture Consultant for Health & Safety H&S, you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality H&S subject matter expertisen this role, you will be involved in theintenance of timely fective H&S products ograms sure that these products ograms meet the needs of the business at Confidential meets its Health & Safety accountabilitiesbr>
Your key accountabilities will include:

Supporting H&S activities including incident response vestigation, auditing, risk assessment, H&S projects suring that targets & objectives are achieved
H&S administrative tasks including data cument Confidential
Building intaining effective relationships with customers & stakeholders
Providing quality mely coaching, advice, pport on H&S matters
Promoting Health, Safety, llbeing to key stakeholders
Reviewing the implementation of H&S products & programs across Confidential workplaces oviding feedback on good practices as well as opportunities for improvement
Ensuring that all services delivered comply with governance requirements, policies, processes, th legal & regulatory requirements

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Tertiary qualification ior experience in Health & Safety
Experience in developing oviding solutions to health fety issues
Knowledge of trends relevant legislation in Health & Safety
Experience ccess in building strong llaborative working relationships
An ability to influence stakeholders ke a positive impact
Excellent communication, planning, organization porting skills
