JOB DESCRIPTION

Novotel Confidential Darling Square is seeking a highly organised Talent & Culture Administrator to on a Part Time basis. Reporting to the Talent & Culture Manager you will support the Talent & Culture operations while also providing administrative support to our General Manager.

As our Talent & Culture Administrator, you will be the glue of our team, helping keep all aspects of Talent & Culture running effectively. This is a busy role, so you'll need to be confident, comfortable working with high volume, ve great attention to detail. In an environment where no two days are the same, you'll need to thrive on change able to adapt as needed. To be successful, you'll need to be highly organised, not only with your own work, but always looking ahead to ensure the Talent & Culture team are well prepared for coming up. You'll also need to be a great communicator - Comfortable liaising with Managers aff of all levels, hg , mmunicating information out to our team members. This position looks after all Talent & Culture systems ? you'll be managing our learning Confidential system, recruitment system, r filing system, so strong computer literacy is essential. You'll also need to be able to confidently navigate an Excel spreadsheet to take care of all Talent & Culture reporting. This rare

opportunity will also provide administrative support to our General Manager, which will allow the successful cte with a unique opportunity to work closely along side our Executive Committee.

With access to lots of sensitive information, you'll need to be discreet, trustworthy, able to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality at all times. We are looking for someone who is passionate about innovating processes, always looking for ways to improve efficiency e experience for our team members. But also someone who brings some creativity n to the role- This is hospitality after all! You'll need to be comfortable working autonomously with the support of the Talent & Culture Manager, nfident to pick up a project n with it.
