Minimum 5 year experience as business system analyst in capturing business and systems requirements from all the stakeholders. Creating Epic, stories, tasks and acceptance criteria in Jira. Excellent written, verbal and non- Verbal communication skills with risk aware mindset. Good email etiquettes.
Strong interpersonal skills with proven abilities in resolving complex issues and problems in IT projects.
Knowledge about business systems requirement gathering techniques, project management & delivery protocells.

Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval

Proven critical thinking ability in analysing business & systems gaps to reveal issues and found quantitative evidence that supported qualitative insights to remove the pain points in the project.
Ability to create process flow diagram of current & future state solution.
Hands on experience with tools like, Atlassian Jira & Confluence, DB visualizer, Snowflake, Cloverleaf Translator, SOAP UI, SPSS Modeler. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Draw. Io, Gliffy, MS- Visio, Civica-s NewHealth claims management system, etc.
Knowledge of data modelling and data visualization tools.
Preferably experience and training on Tableau Prep & Desktop.
Project working experience with Salesforce. Com platform, SQL Server and Snowflake DB.
Running training sessions and workshops on system processes.
Qualification & Education Requirement.
Minimum Bachelors Degree
