About The Role

Responsible for leading a state/segment based Client Services Office -middle office-, consisting of a team of up to ~50 peoplebr>Oversees the daily Client Services support for the frontline Relationship verage teams within Institutional Banking Specialist Distribution Aus Div in the establishment going Confidential of a portfolio of domestic fshore debt transactionsbr>Provision quality service erational excellence with regard to facility Confidential, with a focus on managing tigating risk, providing strong leadership to the team naging a diverse group of Stakeholdersbr>Work collaboratively with our Service Centres ve vigil of the Service Centre-s production Confidential for Australian businesses stomersbr>Support effective risk Confidential, by actively promoting risk awareness within Insto Ops, embedding a culture where risk is everyone-s responsibilitybr>Successfully mitigate risk within the function via effective operation of the control suitee an advocate of change through continuous improvement whilst adhering to the Bank-s FTE/Financial targetsr>

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have skills, knowledge perience in the following:

Underst of Confidential credit policies ocesses including use/application of the following systemsr>CACHE
ORION
RAZOR
CCMS

Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade, influence ild rapport with others effectively impart specialist knowledge ild capability in other
Proven operational risk Confidential experience gained from working within a operational risk/audit or line Confidential position responsible for service ality control
Demonstrated ability to lead spire others through effective leadership practices haviours Demonstrated ability to deliver results both individually, through others collaboration with others
Strong relationship building tworking skillsxperience with dealing with people at all levels; both internally ternally Demonstrated customer centricity including the ability to deliver results both individually collaboration with others
Highly developed analytical oblem solving skills to enable identification of multiple issues involved with complex business issues develop acceptable solutions for customers e business
