Your opportunity

You will be exposed to a wide variety of day-to-day tasks, whilst working directly tonomously with our clients, including

Tax due diligence - identifying the duty nd tax exposures of a deal w it be mitigated, with clear focus on risk assessment ear communicationgt;Structuring an acquisition or disposition - advising on the duty consequences of individual acquisitions, joint ventures vestments in order to help design tax-efficient deal structuresgt;Tax modelling - assisting with forecasting ongoing liabilities in business modelsgt;Vendor assistance - preparation of vendor side documentation x advice on the tax implications of the sale of a business, including the potential duty issues arising in pre-deal reorganisation measures ttlement of historic tax risksgt;Post-deal implementation - identifying duty obligations ficiently managing lodgements, reviews jectionsgt;Revenue Office liaison - liaising with revenue offices eparing submissions for rulings or other engagement with the authorities during the transaction lifecycle

In addition, you will build ongoing relationships with a wide range of clients, particularly in the property, energy tural resources, financial services nds industries providing highly valued advice sistance with duty nd tax compliance, planning sputes resolutiongt;

How are you extraordinary-

This role will suit either a Finance/Accounting/Law professional, ideally with significant recent experience in duty in an M&A/ transactional tax environmentgt;A commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clientsgt;Strong technical skills monstrated ability to problem solvegt;Excellent written rbal communication skills - able to clearly identify stil complex issues for a sophisticated audiencegt;Ability to work in a team environment, supervise ntor team membersgt;
