Due to continued growth and off the back of signing 2 major long term deals, AC3's ServiceNow practice is growing and looking for ServiceNow Engineers/Consultants to join the business.

Why this role exists Our technically talented and dynamic ServiceNow Engineering team deliver on the promise of ServiceNow and the benefits it provides customers (internal and external). In this role you’ll be a Senior member of the team, ensuring our customers always receive the highest standard of support they love and expect. You will design and deploy technical solutions to support our  customers and their business strategies, by leveraging the power and innovation of the ServiceNow platform.
Role Context
As part of the ServiceNow Engineering Team, this role works closely with other ServiceNow Practice teams to convert customer needs into functional solutions. The ServiceNow Engineering team deliver projects and manage technical backlogs. Success in this role is underpinned by a strong technical knowledge and an unwavering commitment to crafting elegant solutions.
Delight Customers
Develop a strong understanding of our customers both internal and external to the organisation. Become a ‘trusted advisor’ with customer stakeholders Establish
strong internal and external relationships to facilitate effective operational and project delivery. Support and contribute to best practice delivery Engage with customers to solve their business challenges using ServiceNow solutions and drive further adoption Contribute to customer facing artefacts to help facilitate understanding of technical concepts Design & Deploy
Engage with customers to solve their business challenges using ServiceNow solutions and drive further adoption Engage with project teams including customer stakeholders to produce high quality detailed design documentation relevant to the customer requirements and project scope Provide expertise and recommendations to improve existing designs Limit the use of customisation to reduce complexity of both AC3 and customer ServiceNow environments. Provide technical content for client proposals Implement elegant and robust solutions to our customers, both internal and external Prepare relevant handover documentation needed for transition into ongoing support Own it, Better it
Provide subject matter knowledge on ServiceNow or other relevant Product capability Demonstrate knowledge of products through the ability to accurately explain core system functionality, module capability, configuration options and the boundaries beyond which customisation is required for specific application suites. Be able to identify ‘best fit’ solution options for customer requirements with regard to product functionality. Provide technical verification of requirements, unafraid to challenge solutions that are not aligned to best practice Capture and share best practice knowledge amongst our technical community Champion new ServiceNow products and features for internal use, Recommend ways to drive increased adoption of ServiceNow solutions Person Profile
The ideal person will have the following experience:
 
Essential: 4+ years in ServiceNow, Strong ITSM, CMDB, Integrations
Desired Experience (2+ areas): ITOM, HRSD, ITBM, GRC, SAM

Paying up to $130k base, plus super, plus profit share
