The ServiceNow Architect supports the sales pursuit activities, integrated solution designs, mplex delivery programs for our large-scale clients across Australia w Zeal role requires an energetic, confident, namic leader who has solid presentation skills rong technical acumenr>Key Responsibilities would include but not limited to, supporting large mplex pre-sales / RFP processes involving multiple technologies:

Manage/Coordinate involved technology teams in on- fshore locations across all aspects of technology relevant to the opportunity
Develop technical solution design rk with assigned technical architects st architects to create corresponding cost estimates
Present scuss solutions with client executives
Present technology solution to internal executive approvers

Assess the business impact/return on investment for the more complex components of the technology solutionacilitate client workshops, document business requirements, velop them into a proposed solution design staffentor sist with internal staff to develop prove skillsct as customers- key contact on the proposed technology solutionr>Work closely with other technology teams such as Insights telligence, Automation chnology Consulting to create a holistic technology approach st estimate that captures all details, dependencies, sumptions of the technology lperansitioning the solution to the mobilization team for implementation upon contract signaturer>Establishing oneself as a leader in cross-technology issues sk mitigation sure solid governance is established on customer engagements while growing intain knowledge of ServiceNow technologies levant competitive information within the Service Confidential, IT Operations, Customer Service Confidential, HR, curity Operations spacer>About you:
