The Service Confidential team in Customer Engagement Services Branch CEBS is on the hunt for two highly motivated, service focused individuals to work on the defining of ICT services at the SOGC levelt;

The successful applicants will have an eye for detail, highly developed verbal itten communication skills, e ability to get inside the heads of both our customers rvice owners internal ternal to define cument services provided to customersgt;

Experience with service development, delivery rvice agreement processes as well as strong stakeholder engagement gotiating skills are a must for these rolesgt;

Working closely with service owners across Data, Digital chnology Services as well as our directorate customers you will

document the end to end lifecycle for ICT services new isting, including the resourcing fort required to deliver, support intain each service
facilitate nage Working Groups associated with servicervice improvements activities
develop process documentation, service process maps sociated internal service documentation
development of high level customer communication plans as well as developing customer focused documentation for the customer facing Technology Catalogue
ad hoc service reporting; >establishment, negotiation view of Service Agreement documentationgt;

This work is an important step towards building a

In a nutshell, it-s about putting the -service- in Service Confidential outputs of these two roles are clearly documented inputs tputs of all ICT services, defined roles sponsibilities for both internal operations teams r customers for the end to end service delivery, support intenance, as well as clearly defined siness focused customer facing information for all ICT servicesgt;
